Desktop Application Installation Error

We identified an issue with the device registration step when installing the Electric desktop application.

This issue prevented devices from registering to the IT Hub at the end of the installation; users received an error and the installation stopped.

This issue has now been resolved, the root cause was a change to the backend that prevented the registration call from being successfully authenticated in our systems.

Users affected should quit and start the application again, this will resume the installation and register their device to their account in the IT Hub.
